Great gym with awesome new equipment, clean and maintained. Friendly atmosphere. I've spent a long time in gyms and have no regrets I headed to 5star. Guidance and support from my PT has safely guided me to lift weights and achieve my goals. Im so grateful and loving this journey. An amazing gym and trainers. Thank you.
These guys know how to get you into the best shape of your life. Not just physically but mentally. I’ve watched so many people come and transform not only their bodies but their lives. There is no one that knows the human physique better than Sylv and the team in this industry. It’s not about eating lettuce. It’s not about training until you have no desire to train. It’s about training you to understand food. Understand the benefits of weight training and get your body to where you want it to be. I’m not a fan of big gyms. This gym is so community like. You don’t feel uncomfortable and everybody is so friendly and welcoming. You get results here. Get fit. Sculpt your body. But most importantly - you feel better mentally and physically. You won’t regret coming here.
I have been to other gyms in the past & 5Star Physique has been (& is) the most outstanding gym/fitness establishment in my opinion. Thanks to Silvia, my fitness has never been as good as it is today. Silvia’s continued support, advice & encouragement has made training super enjoyable. I absolutely love her! The premises are always clean & the equipment is ample & very well maintained. Congratulations to Silvia & Dan on operating & managing a very successful business.
