Silvia is an IFBB professional athlete who has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. Silvia specialises in female clients and helping women who have trouble growing muscles, especially the gluteus, trimming or slimming thighs, slimming waistline and fat loss by utilising proven training and nutritional techniques developed over years of competing and coaching clients. Silvia is very passionate about helping other ladies and is a highly rated fitness coach and personal trainer.
Daniel Fletcher – 5Star Physique Business Co-Founder, CEO & Head Coach
Daniel is an Australian Arnold Champion in Classic Physique, working in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Daniel works with both male and female clients of all ages and specialises in strength and functional training, nutritional planning, muscle gain, bodybuilding, weight loss, and fat loss.

5Star Physique Boutique Gym is exclusively open to our PT clients. Because our gym is not open to the public or fitness passports, we can promise to keep our gym private, safe, clean and comfortable for our loyal current and future 5Star Physique family. This facility has been designed to offer the best one-on-one training environment to help our clients achieve their fitness goals, no matter what their goal is and what level of training they’re at; we cater to everyone. This facility is there for our members, offering them a family environment with the best equipment and a clean and tidy gym. We invest in and listen to our members which the bigger chain gyms are unable to do.
What’s Different About 5Star?
We keep the gym as clean as possible and will make sure you feel safe and very comfortable.
Antibacterial wipes, sprays and gels are available around the gym.
We have chilled alkaline filtered water and self service bar at the front to make yourself fresh coffee or tea.
