An IFBB Professional Figure Athlete, Silvia has been working as a Personal Trainer and Comp Prep Coach since 2010. Silvia works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and loves helping her clients transform their lives.
ABOUT ME
Originally from Slovakia, I have been living in Australia since 2008. Australia is now my home and I feel happy and lucky to live and work in such a beautiful and peaceful country.
I became involved in fitness early (16 y old), from the very first day my brothers took me to the gym for a workout, I was hooked! I truly love exercising, especially weight training. The weights room is my happy place, where I destress myself and clear my mind.
In 2010 I decided to start competing in bodybuilding as a figure athlete in the national level. During the last 7 years I have placed top 3 in every competition. Between National Championships, Australasian Championships and Arnold Classic Australia I had the honor of winning those Championships 8 times.
As an Amateur, in 2012 I competed internationally and achieved 5th Place at The World Championship and 3rd Place at The Arnold Classic Europe. In 2013, I was rated as the best IFBB Amateur Figure in Australia. In March 2017 I competed in the Arnold Classic Australia as well as placing first in my division, I also won overall Figure Champion and therefore was awarded my IFBB Pro Card. Since then, I have done a few Pro shows and placed 2nd, 6th, 12th and just recently I won my first Professional Show in USA.
When it comes to fitness and healthy eating, I practice what I preach. I’m passionate about competing however it’s important to me to stay looking fit, healthy and lean all year round. Not just because being fit feels amazing and makes me very happy, but also by doing this, I can motivate and inspire my clients and followers and show them how to reach and maintain their best possible physique and enjoy life.
For the past 6 years I worked as an Online Fitness Coach and personal trainer on the Northern Beaches in Sydney. Besides Personal Training I was managing 2 supplements shops for 3 years and therefore I have extensive knowledge in sports supplementation, sales, and marketing.
I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I get a huge amount of satisfaction helping my clients to transform their physique, and their lives. It’s important for me to educate my clients about nutrition as well as the correct way to train. Having successfully competed nationally and internationally, I now draw on my experience and knowledge to also prepare women for all Fitness and Bodybuilding competitions. I am highly motivated and motivating.
People often write to me telling me that I inspire them. This is incredibly humbling. I always return the message with gratitude and advice. I do have a following, as you can see, on multiple social media outlets which I have worked hard on over the years, and has increased due to my Pro status. I like to interact with everyone that comes my way, even during competition. Within the fitness industry I have a good reputation for being loyal, genuine and disciplined.
My goal for the future is to be one of the best Figure Pro Athletes in Australia and this year I’m working hard to make it to the Olympia stage. Knowing how driven and determined I am, I believe I will make it happen. Every day I am very thankful for the people in my life who believe in me and supported me in my journey to get where I am today. I look forward to helping many more people in the future.

The most challenging thing you’ve ever done?
I moved from my home country, Slovakia, to Australia. I travelled 16,000km to Sydney, knowing I’m on my own with no savings, no friends and poor English. It was scary, but now Australia is my home and I’d not want to be anywhere else.

Where can we find you when you’re not in the gym?
Morning walks in nature, Sunday breakfast in my local cafe, relaxing at home & cuddling with my 2 cats.
