The concept that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” has been around for a long time, lets see why! See below for a great breakfast on the go recipe too

Breakfast can be significant because it provides essential nutrients and energy after a period of fasting overnight, helping to kickstart metabolism, improve concentration, and support overall health and well-being.
The first of five smaller meals for the day is what we are aiming for when we are in training. Maintaining a steady supply of nutrients to support muscle growth and repair, while also keeping our metabolism elevated, which can aid in fat loss. Also helping to prevent overeating and keeping energy levels stable during workouts.
Individual dietary needs and preferences vary, so it’s essential to find an eating pattern that works best for you and aligns with your fitness goals.
Working with a qualified personal trainer who can program your work outs, in line with a nutrition plan that is suited to your individual energy needs and dietary requirements is one of the key elements to staying on track to achieve your goals. That and your commitment and hard work.
Nutrition recommendations are focused on client’s needs. Clients that are interested in improving their fitness, physique, muscle endurance, strength promoting overall better health and wellbeing. Appropriate fueling before, during, and after exercise can assist in supporting energy balance, weight management, muscle growth, health and fitness. Factors, such as exercise frequency, intensity, duration, eating patterns throughout the day, health issues, and work schedules, play a role when making decisions about the quantity, quality, and timing of food and fluid intake relative to exercise.
