Daniel is a multiple Australian and NSW Classic Physique Champion, as well as the Arnold Australia Classic Physique 2020 Champion. A personal trainer and competition prep coach since 2010, he is passionate about seeing clients achieve their goals.

We offer a weekly membership at $40, providing you with 24/7 access to our state-of-the-art facilities. For those looking for flexibility, casual visits are available at $20 per visit.

Our gym features top-quality equipment, an infrared sauna, and separate amenities for ladies and gentlemen. Our friendly and supportive community ensures a welcoming environment for everyone. Additionally, we maintain one of the cleanest and highest hygiene standards in the area.

5Star Physique fitness coaching is a separate business from our boutique gym, specializing in personal training, fitness coaching, body transformations, meal plans, customized training programs, body fat tests, Neufit training, and fitness competition coaching. Both businesses are owned by Silvia Kovacsova, an IFBB professional athlete, and Daniel Fletcher, a multiple Australian Champion in classic bodybuilding, who are also head coaches. Our coaching team also includes Jemma Aitken, BSc. Exercise & Sport Science, and Lana Maddox, a personal trainer.

However, our gym and coaching services are open to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
